My asian persuasion....

So I spent the whole of christmas and new year in the Southeast (Burma, Thailand)!! It was warm, humid and busy, even on christmas day, unlike here in the UK but it was fashionably inspiring in that I had the chance to work on my summer attire in the middle of winter!!

Personally for me, that means my Alexander Wang tees and True Religion shorts but the cities' business and the fashion for the pure Southeast Asians speak a totally different language...it's colourful, floaty, feminine, chiffony, and elegant. It was more the traditionally dressed models on the buildboards that caught my attention more than anything else...the westernized Burmese girls like myself looked boring and simple compared to their glamours!

Those lucky Burmese/Thai girls have this priviledge of the warm weather allowing them to wear summer clothes all year round...spending most of the year in cute dresses and strappy sandals...I just happen to love Balmain jackets and thigh-high boots this winter *sighs* so thank god I live in England!
