It's a white teeny tiny leather skirt by Australian label 'Friend of Mine' with a hemlined zig-zagged appropriately to make the most fun skirt I have ever owned!! To complete the whole cartoon, neon-pop look, I've teamed the skirt with my acid green vest from American Apparel...so, yeah, POW POW POP!!
